Home Save Foundation is a not for profit organisation. We help customers to cancel their bankruptcy,using an FTVA which was created by government legislation.

What is an FTVA?
A Fast Track Voluntary Arangement is an agreement with your creditors to pay all or part of the money you owe them. This clears your unsecured debt completely.

What will happen to my Bankruptcy?
Once your creditors have approved the FTVA, the Official Receiver will apply to court for the bankruptcy order to be annulled (cancelled).

Once the bankruptcy has been annulled you will no longer be subject to the bankrupty restrictions. We will notify the Insolvency Registry, Land Registry and the credit reference agencies that you are no longer bankrupt and it will be removed from your credit record
